no specific homepage for wpdm pro actually, but you can use wpdm archive page add-on to list all packages in a page with search option

[wpdm-all-packages] will take more time then regular as it loads all packages at a time in same page

yes, they you keep a download available for members only, then you can track with user name and email. otherwise it will keep track using visitors IP address, you can check all those from stats menu.
