comparing with your other page it doesn’t looks like too loady for me, also the page usually take more time then regular page as it load all of your packages there, anyhow please send a temporary wp-admin login info to support@wpdownloadmanager.com, they will check it in details

if you keep name and id same you will not lose the file association. If you want to block access to category for specific user role, then from add/edit category form, add “access” = all roles except the role you want to block

yes, set Download Limit = 5 in package settings while adding/editing a package.

actually no need to pay , option is already there, please set download limit per use from package settings when adding/editing a package

you can try removing bootstrap from download manager. for that open functions.php search for bootstrap.css and bootstrap.min.js and remove those line. or send a temporary wp-admin login info to support@wpdownloadmanager.com

it was a menu priority issue, please copy files from current installation when you need to move to new server.
