no way to reset limit for now, you need to increase limit, but we are working on that option already.
Just logged in to your site, I can’t edit file from wp-admin, it saying:

in that case all of those theme you using are defective , it works fine with any properly built theme, many 1000s people using this plugin.
to disable stats, there will require to change code in several placed, please send temporary wp-admin login info and ftp access to support@wpdownloadmanager.com, we will do that for you.

in download manager settings page, use [loginform] tag for login required message field.
you need to edit file wpdm-all-downloads.php , remove page url from there to disable page link.
