“User Role Editor ” use wordpress’s native way for creating roles and caps, then wpdm will work fine with it. you don’t have to use acces control add-on except you want to allow download for specific users using their ID.

Yes, where ever wp runs ok, wpdm pro also will work fine there.

ok, remove all wpdm add-on dirs from ftp , update and activate wpdm pro, now you can install and activate wpdm add-on. please download add-ons again to get latest version, where we already resolve those issues.

1. it may happen for guest users, as they are tracked by IP and may be some other guest from same IP already downloaded up to their limit.
2. As per my test, i’m not seeing any way to cross limit there there, but I’m testing it again in your site or please tell me how can I regenerate the error in your site.

for [wpdm-all-packages] you need to see file “/download-mamager/wpdm-all-downloads.php”

the issue is causing by “404 Redirected” plugin. I deactivated it and everything is working fine there

that will require some customization.
