now actually category and package titles are handled by wordpress, as we used custom taxonomy for category , so if it show that, then it just the wp actually, nothing to do with wpdm pro 🙂

extremely sorry for delayed reply, we are hardly busy with preparing wpdm 4.0 final release, anyhow please send your amazon s3 and wp-admin login info to support@wpdownloadmanager.com, support team will check it, most probably its just api permission issue

you need use [wpdm-all-packages] short-code for that, but to remove categories you need to edit wpdm-all-downloads.php

yes 🙂 I meant that , you need to create a custom page template in your theme, then select the page template from display setting, but don’t just do that now, as new version coming tomorrow with lots of changes, wpdm pro moved to CPT there.
