those options are deprecated with wpdm pro 4.0.0, as they doesn’t work well when there are lot of packages, but we are adding a new short-code for that similar data table with extended short-code add-on
$55 pack included all add-ons, not the core plugin ( wpdm pro ), anyhow latest verion o archive page add-on now included with all add-ons pack.
you will be able to enable all those after final release of wpdm pro. you also may have to update the add-ons too

in same way as before, but that is not active still now, anyhow will be available from wpdm 4.0.0 rc3
1) some add-on may not work properly will wpdm pro 4.0.0.rc1, but everything will be ok with final release
2) yes, compatible with multiple roles
3) rc2 is ready to release , rc3 coming on 29th dec, and final release on 6th january 2014.

short-code will available with final release of wpdm pro 4, anyhow we are releaseing tinymce button add-on ( free ) for 4.0 tomorrow, you can use that to generate short-code.
to translate “downloads” you simply need to create new link/page template from Admin Menu Downloads Templates section.
it will be ok with wpdm pro and upcoming update of premium package add-on for wpdm pro 4.
looks like you are using old version of the add-on, please download again to get the latest version and install.
