1) please give me your url to check, anyhow it could happen if /download-manager/cache/ dir is not writable.
2) Prettify button will not work with wpdm v4, please use [download_link] tag only and image button add-on to replace button link label with a pretty download image
3) hmm, not short-cut for that :(, anyhow you may remove other templates from template dir.

actually you need to edit html to remove the options which you want to hide. file name is wpdm-add-new-file-front.php

no, some style has changed in v4, you need to select different link template like link template panel

1) form Admin Menu Appearance General Settings Tab
2) as per our test, that should work fine, but if you still using v1.0.0, please download it again, as we released v1.1.0 already
3) as #2, please update the theme
4) need to edit those texts from front-page.php

v4.0.0.rc2 may has some minor issue as it still not stable release, but we have already fixed most of them and rc3 coming soon.

csv import is not activate yet. but directory import is functional already with rc2

wordpress search should work fine for wpdm pro already, and you can add tags to package same way as you do in regular posts.

all are already available with v4.0.0.rc2, but as its still not stable release, you may got some issue and we already fixed most of them and rc3 coming soon.

now with v.4.0.0 you can add custom field as regular post, anyhow the template tag for showing custom field list with link or page template will be available from next update rc3

in v4.0.0.rc2 some template may not work, as we moved to bootstrap 3, there are some internal change in html css, but we are working on those and everything will be fine with final release., anyhow final release coming within this month.
