🙁 sorry about that, anyhow I think it will better to consider to move to v4.0.0 for you, as lots of better option coming soon and we will be continue with only 4 from next month.

csv import still will not work with 4.0.0.rc2, but from 4.0.0.rc3, that option will be available again.
create a link tmeplate with tag [download_link] only and use the link template with package short-code, that will render only download link, example

its using bootstrap, so it should be compatible with all browser except having any conflict with your theme

1) please give me your url to check, anyhow it could happen if /download-manager/cache/ dir is not writable.
2) Prettify button will not work with wpdm v4, please use [download_link] tag only and image button add-on to replace button link label with a pretty download image
3) hmm, not short-cut for that :(, anyhow you may remove other templates from template dir.
actually you need to edit html to remove the options which you want to hide. file name is wpdm-add-new-file-front.php
no, some style has changed in v4, you need to select different link template like link template panel
1) form Admin Menu Appearance General Settings Tab
2) as per our test, that should work fine, but if you still using v1.0.0, please download it again, as we released v1.1.0 already

don’t use clone feature, as if you delete a file from cloned package it also will be deleted from original pack.
