actually all categories and lock options should be migrated properly too except some exception, like somehow if the migration is failed for any reason 1st time, then in 2nd try category creation could be missed, in that case need to create and assign categories manually. and lock options should work perfectly. not seeing any reason to miss lock options.

@DearestDebi, 4.0.0 doc still not availble, but coming within this month. And the issue is actually with your hosting. we are already using the premium package add-on here at wpdownloadmanager.com , the add-on don’t make any extra load, but still you can use cache plugin to reduce any load.
