if plugin is already activate you can simply skip those error, those will not bother your anymore after plugin is activated.
[download_url] generate direct url for download, so it will not work for locked packages. For locked packages, you need to use [download_link], but if you want to see package title as download link label, then use package title as link label in package settings.

sorry, no discount on additional single license, but you can upgrade to business license with $90, then will be able to use it for another 4 sites.
you can do bundle any type of file, multiple exe or zip or both but remote file can’t be bubbled, as before bundle, wpdm have import remote files in your server which could kill your server space terribly and take longer time to process.

but you may have to assign categories again and change all package short-codes manually where ever you used those .
Page template only will work if page templates are available with your theme
use tag like [custom field name] in link/page template, that will show custom field value
in wpdm v4, it using using custom taxonomy so there are no extra options yet, they were available in v3.3.8, but you can apply category template directly from short-code. so that is not a problem.
