pro version is 100s more features then free, for some additional feature there need to add add some additional jquery files, but we added all files maintaining wp guideline 100%. So any theme or plugin which maintain wp guideline, will not cause conflict.
its somewhere in php.ini, your hosting/server support could do that easily as its related to server.

actually for locked packages download link generates dynamically. and It expires after few times of use. Anyhow still it is possible to do the way you wanted there, but will require some customization

and ftp username? anyhow I tried with same username as wp-admin, but didn’t work.
Actually about your “expensive” thinking, i’m not agree with that, in my thinking its the cheapest solution available all over the internet in its category.
And do you think there is any software all over the internet without any limitation :). As I said in case of archive page add-on it is workable and only limit is with download button for locked files but that don’t really making big problem. as use still can do to details page and download the items. But me and my team working on the add-on already to add some new feature and eliminate the limitation. So, thanks for your patience 🙂 . Again we are continuously working on new feature and any exiting limitations to improve the plugin so that you can get better experience in using the plugin.
it is already released, please download the add-on again to get the wpdm v4 compatible copy.
it is because your theme using it own jquery, which is not proper way. May you please ask your theme developer to enqueue jquery properly ( following wp theme guideline ). and everything with plugin is functional there in your installation. Anyhow if your theme developer don’t change their theme or don’t respond, please let me know, I’ll apply a patch to resolve the jQuery conflict.
you may see such such warning only if you skip the access field totally in import file, anyhow please give me your csv file to check

looks like you are using old version of add-on, please download those add-ons again to get the latest version and install, I tried to install but couldn’t do that for server permission issue .

yes, we got the issue with the dashboard widget, we missed to sync the count with v4, that was for v3.
just checked here http://www.smartchange.it/downloads , archive page add-on loads package using ajax and when there are locked package, download button may not active sometime because of jquery binding, in that case, need to open package details page to download. anyhow we are trying to find a new option for that.
