actually download details page are generating from WordPress, there is nothing to prevent, but you can hide all contents from details page selecting “Hide Everything” from download manager settings page when member don’t have access to that package.

the problem is causing by the plugin “WP User Avatar” , I deactivated it and everything is working fine now again.
