yes, use [wpdm-all-packages] short-code to list all packages in a page in tabular format, to show all in blog add all packages under a category add add the category in your menu. Also there is a widget to list category items in sidebar.

you need to use items_per_page=n to limit items page page, it will show n items per page and then pagination, but no way to show only n items
actually from last few updates we didn’t change anything around download limit. and as per our test in our installation, it is working fine. Anyhow please give me login info again, I’ll check it in your installation.
no such option, but if you create a package, attach all files with the package and apply password lock, that will work.
you will need any roles/capabilities manager plugin to do that. anyhow at wp.org there are some free plugins to do that.

it is actually wp’s native feature, nothing to do with wpdm pro if you trying from admin side. But if you use wpdm front-end ui, any user will be able to delete their own items. Anyhow even from admin side, user should able to delete his own entry, but it is totally depends of wp itself, how you also can customize capabilities using any roles & capabilities manager plugin
got it issue, please remove line# 96 form download-manager/wpdm-generate-password.php. Anyhow I’ve fixed it already for next update
you need to adjust/fix theme css. or use [download_link_extended] instead of [download_link]
when you enable password lock or no lock option applied, you will see individual download button if you allow “Allow Individual File Download” and for other cases, individual download button will disappear even though you check “Allow Individual File Download”.
download stats should working fine with v4.1.2. if you still didn’t update v4.1.2, please update.
now, I’m not seeing any audio player with link template, anyhow it should work fine with link template if you are using v4.1.2, please give me a temporary wp-admin login info, I’ll check.
You can edit link template or create new one if you want to hide any info.
if you don’t any link template then it will use “link-template-panel” by default for category short-code.
I see you used category id, there should be category slug, anyhow I’e install tinymce button add-on, use that to generate short-code.

Looks like there are some css conflict with your theme, anyhow v2.7 ( http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wordpress-download-manager-v2-7-0/ ) will not have any such issue
