WPDM form lock is translation ready now and updated on your site.

Those strings are coming from WPDM - Form Lock and Newsletter plugin, they are not traslation ready yet, however, we are adjusting them already and releasing update ASAP.

Please check SPAM folder, I was receiving emails when checking the option as you see on my screenshot.

The string YES, DELETE was missing from translation file, now I’ve added it and updated plugin.
The other strings are coming from advanced access control plugin:

Selected users are getting new/update package notification emails properly, the notify option was not available at front-end, just added now and updated:

No issue with that.

okay now, the pdf was not uploading and the file ext was uppercase, now I’ve adjusted it as case-insensitive match.

Please give me such a text to search.

Sidebar is theme option, wpdm has nothing much to do there, please check your theme options.
If your current theme doesn’t has the option to hide sidebar, the alternative is adding a custom template file, that shall require code customization.

It is adjusted and updated on your site, front-end admin user will be able to delete any package.

Please update premium package plugin, that will resolve the issue.

When someone creates a package from front-end site admin get a notification, but user shall not get any notification as he can already see it there, however, if the package is pending, author will get a notification when admin approve/publish the package.

For newsletter add-on, only subscribed users:

or users/subscribers of the selected list:

So, if you add the customers in a list or customer subscribe for the update from frontend, they shall receive package update notification.

Also, The newsletter plugin uses wp cron to check newsletter schedule and send them, but wp cron is not very reliable, so, if you don’t want to rely on wp cron, you can setup an cron job from your hosting control panel for the url http://your-site-name.com/?cron_handle=1 with call interval 5 to 30 mins.

Additionally, I can see, you are using advanced access control, using that add-on you can assign the package to specific members, and when you check the following option, assigned members will get update notification:

Finally, if you want to send notification to additional users other than the ones exaplained above, it will require some customization.

You can’t use html there directly, but you can create 2 fields instead of one.
For example:
Split <a href="https://www.dxf-downloads.de/infos/premium-user"><img src="https://www.dxf-downloads.de/premium.png" alt="Premium User Infos" /></a> into url field
Then in link page template create the html link:
<a href="[acf_PremiumUser_URL]"><img src="[acf_PremiumUser_IMG]" alt="Premium User Infos" /></a>

Couldn’t login to live site, login info was not working. However, if it is already renewed, please get the license key from order details page and apply it again. That should resolve the notice.

Okay now, the issue was due to a old incompatible wpdm template file inside your theme dir.
