looks like all files were not uploaded properly, try delete current version and install new one.

You don’t have to delete any category, I don’t see any issue with category assignment there, also the category assignment is totally core part of wp, not even coming from plugin. May you please take a short-code screen record of the issue, so that I can see how it is generating.

You can’t allow unregistered user to access that page for creating package. Only allowed logged in user can have access to that page and create package from front-end.

Looks like when you copied short-code, there came some extra html code. Please remove the short-code and simply write it again ( do not copy/paste 🙂 ).

All files will be stored in download-manager-files dir, but you can categorized files using “category” option OR you can create you own dir structure with file, upload the full structure using ftp, then use server file browser to attach specific file with package.
