We are actually using “wp_mail” function and I server is not blocking email from php script it should be sent properly, as the function is basically from wp’s native library, the add-on simply called it. may you please ask your server/hosting support if they are blocking php mail function.

create a menu from manu manager and assigned it to top menu. Then you will see the menu bar at the top of the page.
the issue is happening as your site home & site url is different, anyhow I can’t update file from here /wp-admin/plugin-editor.php to adjust the issue, please send me a temporary ftp access to download-manager dir.
it is file access permission issue, need to make those file readable, please ask hosting/server support to adjust the file permission and make those files readable or send me ftp access and wp-admin login info, I’ll do that for you.
Yes, I missed to add stats for ftp add-on , anyhow I’ve updated default value and ftp add-on now, please download those again to get the adjusted copy.

wpdm pro doesn’t call any plugin icons, but still if you want I can disable other css calling by wpdm pro. But as far as I checked, there is no css with wpdm pro to conflict with the theme.
