accordion add-on is not synced with access level add-on, but it also doesn’t violate access level add-on rules. Accordion add-on may show package info, but if access is blocked though access level add-on, user will not be able to download it.

If the remote ftp server don’t have http access, to generate thumb it will require to cache the thumbnail in native server. But if you don’t want to cache in native server, another way is using a script to read the image from remote server every time showing the thumbnail, which could add some extra load on native server processor and process could be little slower. So, let me know your opinion.

sorry for the delay. License key is ok now. Checked the video, the issue is happening as you already have a role named “guest”, wpdm is using the term “guest” for all non-registered visitors. You need to change the role name “guest”
