Update process of wpdm free 2.7 is mentioned here http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wordpress-download-manager-v2-7-0/ . please update to v2.7, then install premium package.

jetpack was adding some code ( http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/phototon-adding-data-recalc-dims-1-and-ruining-code ) which was breaking upload button, now I’ve disabled photon from jetpack and upload button is working fine, but tabs are not working for some js conflict with current theme, but other standard theme everything is working fine now.

looks like conflict with your theme js/css, please try changing theme.

As I see download the data table for free version is empty, did you move all data table properly while migrating server?
If you were using 2.6.9 , there should be a table ahm_files with your wpdm data. please check that.

the issue is related to your wordpress installation or server, I tried to upload the file from here http://…..com.tw/wp-admin/media-new.php and it is simply renaming the file.

please copy tinymce add-on from current site, anyhow I’m also uploading tinymce button add-on soon, the issue will fixed there.

layout was a mess as bootstrap was disabled from wpdm settings , anyhow now look fine.

there problem is with your theme, theme is not coded properly, which is causing javascript issue
