actually nothing to configure with that add-on, simply activate and it will block direct link to download from external site.

you need to create at least 1 package ( from Admin Menu Downloads Add New ) first to see preview.

It is something related to your server setting. anyhow, please send me a temporary wp-admin login info, I’ll disable CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION, which will resolve the issue.
