View count triggers when someone views the page, however, view count may skip due to browser or page cache or someone access download link directly.

This is not a flaw and at this moment you’re the only user who need that feature, however, we have noted it for implementation.

I’ve updated the membership add-on, found and bug with checkUserSubscriptionsValidity function during user login. It has been fixed now. Also, added a new action button labeled RECONNECT with subscription list to sync user subscription data from payment system. Everything should be working fine now, however, let me know if you face any other issue.

I’m checking this scenario now. No worry, it will be working fine soon.

Should be checkout.session.completed and charge.succeeded. However, no need to create webhook link manually, the add-on will handle it automatically.
