@italcolven, we have fixed the issue#201615 for the next update. Please delete WPDM advanced custom fields add-on, download the latest version from our site and reinstall, that will resolve any issue with that plugin. do same for “wpdm-archive-page” ( directory add-on ).
Yes, you need to add file one after another, and for remote files/attachments it is not possible to download full package as a zip, as to create a zip, files needs to be exiting in the server, you can use package download only for the files attached from same server.

No worry, v6 is pro version, v3 is free version Sitelock report for free version is not correct, current pro version is 6.6.2. So, the issue has been fixed long time ago.
