Is there a fix for Download manager Free version coming?

We haven’t received any reports regarding the “Unauthenticated Sensitive Information Disclosure” issue, but I am forwarding this message to our development team for further investigation.

No worry, v6 is pro version, v3 is free version Sitelock report for free version is not correct, current pro version is 6.6.2. So, the issue has been fixed long time ago.
