actually nothing to change in wpdm pro. probably you need to contact with theme developer. And setup MagicMembers properly.
ok now. problem was the packages were member specific. so I disabled member access filter form archive page add-on, use post_title
if it is a multi-file package and downloading first time, it may take some time before start depending on your server, as first time, it zips all attached files and then start download, but from 2nd time it uses cached zip file.

when theme is activate wpdm pages are not showing at front-end http://teetoolkit.com/file-download/freebie-test-2/ , probably theme is not working well with custom post type.

Looks like the issue is with your theme. I’ve changed the theme and it is working fine.
