I see you don’t have this add-on http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-directory-add-on/, you will need the add-on for that short-code.

Actually wpdm is not using old version and problem also in not for that, but the issue here is the other plugin using same enque id jquery-cookie for cookie js, please ask them to change the id, then everything with work fine.
