Sorry, but actually purpose of this plugin is not styling your theme, though it provides as much as styles are possible with a plugin. Also we already showed all styles comes with this plugin in our demo. But if someone could build it with $70, no one would ever come here to buy it :).
#1. this feature is coming from wp it self, nothing to do with wpdm pro. but we could add additions loop to could items from subcats, but that will cause additional server load. Templates are explained here, if anything is not clear, please ask me.

it is because the link template with that ID is missing in your server, please copy the link template code and create new one in server, then yes the proper ID

the extra download link downloads all files in a single zip file and that is the actually main download link, the other download links are showing as you enabled individual download option, anyhow if you want to remove the full package download, edit/clone that template and remove [download_link] tag from there.

yes, so you certainly need to create form using live form as per your need.
it will be visible to all but the users under selected role will be able to download it. anyhow, if you also want to hide package info, please select hide everything from download manager settings page.
