@yoonix, it is because of javascript conflict with your theme or any other plugin, if possible, please give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply so that I can check and adjust it.

please deactivate and reactivate the plugin again. that should resolve the issue.

Sorry for all this trouble, but we did the update for making the plugin stable and secure, v2.6 was 3 years old code.

becuase fatal error is showing in theme path.

please go to Admin Menu Downloads Settings Migrate Tab to migrate data from v2.6 to v2.7.

please update to 2.7.1, issue resolved there. Matter is some of them were using it for a long time with full satisfaction and never came here to tell a good work but in first chance of trouble, they opened an account at wp.org and wrote a long bad even without asking for support. What we tried in v2.7 to make the plugin more stable and secure.

Looks like you are using old version of plugin, please download wpdm pro and extended short-code add-on again and update.

actually file size doesn’t matter for wpdm pro, but sometime when you download a file through php script, it may fails for verious reason related to server, like con lost/timeour, php function support. Anyhow please give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply to check your issue in details.

got it issue, the file is using only “\n” for new line, now “\r\n” anyhow please give me temporary wp-admin login info, I’ll adjust it there, anyhow I’ve adjusted it in my side for next update. Additionally, role name for access field in your file is incorrect.

not exactly sure, but we are trying to detect the issue, however it is coming form the theme, may you also please get in touch with theme developer, he could resolve it much faster.
