probably the other one ( first screenshot ) is coming form live composer add-on.

I understand, but actually The Events Calendar plugin code need to be checked, not in WPDM and The Events Calendar plugin author can do it better & faster.

How to add sample track?
— use attach media button with edit to upload sample track(s), just it, you don’t have to insert info post.

@Mathew, looks like you are facing different issue, however, first please check if CURL is not active in your server, if not active, you need to install/activate CURL, your server/hosting support can help your with that. yes, please deactivate and delete v4.1.8, then install & activate v4.1.9. Deleting plugin will not affect your data.
if you were using v4.1.8 and updated to v4.1.9, there is no such changes to make any problem. But the issue you facing probably from other plugin conflict, anyhow give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply to check your issue.
– email notifications should work fine if you migrated data properly
– email lock now has only name & email field
– may need to adjust css
