@Mathew, looks like you are facing different issue, however, first please check if CURL is not active in your server, if not active, you need to install/activate CURL, your server/hosting support can help your with that. If CURL is activate and still facing the issue please give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply here, I’ll check.

yes, please deactivate and delete v4.1.8, then install & activate v4.1.9. Deleting plugin will not affect your data.

if you were using v4.1.8 and updated to v4.1.9, there is no such changes to make any problem. But the issue you facing probably from other plugin conflict, anyhow give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply to check your issue.

– email notifications should work fine if you migrated data properly
– email lock now has only name & email field
– may need to adjust css

(1) Crypton was not optimized for music, the “Muzik” was specially designed for music related sites, however, mp3 can be added with a minor change in single-wpdmpro.php, please give me temporary wp-admin login info, I’ll add that for you.

it is becuase your server disabled open base dir support, nothing serious, to get rid of it, please open wpdm-core.php, removed line #752 CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION ► true, // follow redirects

The event calendar plugin you using causing the issue, nothing to do with wpdm, however I tested here with another event calendar plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/ and which is working along with wpdm without causing any such issue.

May you please tell me how can I catch the error TypeError: jQuery(…).dropdown is not a function , But I see the truncated menu, anyhow it is happening for your theme css, which is using overflow = hidden for some elements, you need to remove those from theme style.

no size limit, but if you are facing issue with upload, you may need to increase max file size limit from your server setting, if you are facing issue with download, please give me temporary wp-amdin login info and affected url in a private reply to check your issue.

expired packages are not hidden, only download link will be blocked for expired packages. if you want to exclude expired packages, there will need to edit in code.

page template add-on is not applicable for wpdm themes.
