@philwantling, I deactivated several plugins. now everything looks ok, there is lots of plugins in your site, probably any of them causing this trouble.

@daisyakama, please try deactivating other plugins one after another to catch the one, that causing the trouble.

sorry, in free version, you only can set file browser access for the roles those have “edit_posts” capability. So, if you want to allow role “Secure” to file browser access, first you need to add “edit post” capability for that role.

deleting old version will not delete any of your data.

I need to check it disabling other plugin temporarily.

Deactivate and delete old version first. Then install updated version. Unlocked license from previous domain. Apply license key again. It should work now.

Looks like Download Manager Pro in not active. You have to activate Download Manager Pro first to use Campaign Monitor addon. Activate Download Manager first then activate Campaign Monitor addon. Then it should work fine.

Download manager uses custom post type. So, your theme provider has to customize related post post feature so it picks up your wpdm packages based on tags. Contact your theme developer about this issue.

Yes , it is possible.

Set your file browser root from Downloads Basic settings Access Settings

Then go to Downloads Bulk Import and browse file dir and select your folder as Import dir. You will see all files of that folder listed in right side. Select all and Click ‘import slected files’

All files of selected folder will be listed to import
No sub folder file will be listed
