I guess I’m not sure where I’m supposed to download from. I tried the WordPressPlugin Directory and the free download from your site, and can’t see any differences. Please send me the link.

Hello @raajsajaniya,
Hope you are well. And sorry for the inconvenience. Are you trying now to shift all download links to download manager packages, if you are trying this, please follow this doc, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/bulk-import/. And if possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.
Thank you and regards
Hello @vavw,
Hope you are well. And sorry for the inconvenience. Mask Download Link is working fine from my side. Can you please give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue?
Thank you and regards
On the page https://fenrisd.com/api-documentation we are trying to allow users to select multiple downloads then be brought to a confirmation page after hitting submit then after this confirmation page has been loaded the download(s) of the selected files will start. Currently we are using conditional logic on this gravity form to redirect to a download link for each checkbox option.
Is there a way to allow users to download multiple files after loading a confirmation page using this extension with gravity forms?

Hello,
As I investigate the issue on my own over here, Please click the test download link you have just shared and check
When I click the link to a download package I create, it properly loads the Page Template and Link Template on a wordpress page (e.g., https://mysite.com/download/download-package-01), but the wpdownloadmanager content is wrapped in the default wordpress post template. I don’t see anywhere in the wpdownloadmanager settings to specify the actual wordpress post template that’s applied to each download package/page. My theme is dropping your content into a wordpress post template, inside the post-content div. I would like to be able to select the wordpress post template applied to each download package/page (like a regular post), see below, my default wordpress template is named “td-post-template-default”, but I have several other templates I’d prefer to use
*Edit – I’m not looking for widget shortcodes to put into existing pages (they work fine), I need all new download packages to be applied to a different post template if that makes sense
<div class="td-container td-post-template-default>
<div class="td-pb-row">
<div class="td-pb-span12 td-main-content" role="main">
<div class="td-ss-main-content">
<article id="post-2725" class="post-2725 wpdmpro type-wpdmpro status-publish post" itemscope="" itemtype="https://schema.org/Article">

Hello,
It needs to to add filter code.
You can check filter reference from here
Then you can use this filters for specific users
or you can add different login pages with different redirection links.
Thanks
I’ve got the same issue, let me know if I should start another thread.

Hi,
We have bulk uploaded documents using your import/export plugin, which links to our server.
We have added the short cods on pages we would like documents to show via categories. Please see example below:
[wpdm_category id="annual-reports-2016-2017" operator="IN" title="2016 Annual Reports" desc="Download all 2016 Annual Reports Below" toolbar="1" order_by="date" order="asc or desc" item_per_page="10" template="cwdm_template" cols=1 colspad=1 colsphone=1]
The issue is that we see the “10 downloadable items per page” but there should be an option to view page 1-5 OR a “load more” option which is not showing on the live website. It worked with a different template previously but for some reason it does not display on this site. URL: http://cwdm3.swey.co.za/tenders-submitted-and-closed/
Can this please be fixed ASAP?
Thanks.
Thanks for your input Xavier, it is difficult to get across what I was talking about, I did provide a link for explanation. Your links are really good also. Thanks also for the suggestion, the problem I have is that my downloads are digital zip files to be used with a software application, so I didn’t know if “software application” would work, or if there was something more in line with the way download manager was coded that would offer a better schema. Unfortunately Nayeem seemed to think I was asking generally about SEO, which isn’t the case, although schema will play a more important role with SEO going forward.
Nayeem, a theme may offer a basic schema layout, thanks, but it was something more specific to download manager I was wanting the information for. WPDM has it’s own fields which could potentially be used in a schema set up, things like author/download count/images etc. There is a schema for dataset for example, which may be ideal for WPDM, or others like book, video etc as Xavier mentioned if that’s what people are offering as downloads.
Going forward, WPDM would offer a big advantage to your customers if schema options were integrated or customisable as part of WPDM. The internet is in need of organising data for search, and with WPDM offering people a way to add large lists of download items, seems pretty essential to look at this for the future.
It would not only help me, but all your customers to read up on what it is, and how it helps. Xavier has a point about reading up on things before answering, I know it’s a lot to keep on top of support requests, but giving information that isn’t relevant back, is just going to delay a request, and frustrate the customer.
Hi @kd7sys,
Hope you are well.
You are updating the WPDM Pro after a long time. So, simply visiting the link and page template menu on the admin dashboard will resolve the issue. As the action will regenerate the templates automatically in the new style.
Go to Downloads>templates
then visit all tabs there.
I hope it will work fine then. If it doesn’t work, please, provide us with your temporary wp-admin login details and site URL in a private reply for checking the issue.
Also, please share the related page/file/package URL with us where the issue exists.
Thank You

Hi @nicgilbey,
Welcome to the support forum.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned functionality, you have to use the WPDM Pro plugin and the below add-on.
Advanced Access Control
By the way, you can use our Special pack which contains more essential add-ons including Advanced Access Control and its link is given below for more details.
