First of all please make sure that you are also using the latest version of the WPDM Directory add-on which is right now
4.3.3.Apart from that please find and use the correct shortcode with exact valid parameters from the below documentation link.
I hope it will work fine then. If it doesn’t work, then please provide us with your temporary wp-admin login details and site URL in a private reply for checking the issue.
Also, please share the related page/file/package URL with us where the issue exists.

I am facing issues with redirecting from the login page. I have added a new login page with shortcode [wpdm_login_form logo="Logo Link" redirect="Download page" ]. But after login, the page is not redirecting automatically. It displays the page with login details (profile photo, Logout link, and my account link)
My requirement is simple, customers reach to the login page, log in and automatically get redirected to the download page, with an option to log out.
if the role-based redirect can be done for e.g. for an administrator to the WP main dashboard, and for subscribers to download page, it would be even better.

Downloads > Settings > Basic > File Downloadsection for form-loacked packages as I image attached,

I tried installing attire block.
Unfortunately you can’t use it properly without the theme Attire.
However, you can use link template cards to make package blocks

Hello Tanvir,
I want to edit each button shortcodes, so the button shows different download text, how do I do that.
Like the text link style where I set any text as the download text, I want the same too.
And also how can list the files on https://ftsincome.co.uk/testin-dwn/ to show from the newest to the oldest.
I have been able to make it show just 14 files as I want but I don’t get the sorting.

I only came on here to see whether something was possible, that is, a better way to create a direct link to a download. You have made it clear that this is not possible with either the free or pro versions of WP Download Manager. So I will continue to muddle through with my Option 4 workaround.
If you want to take this as a customer feature request and develop this for your customers, please feel free.

i am using WBM Pro & make a package with Facebook Social Like with Facebook APP ID & Secret. The problem is, after hitting the like button, like button crowded to Facebook page but download did not start. need a proper solution for this … it should be people will get download after making a Facebook like from my website.

I don’t know what happened but without making any changes on my end I’m starting to have a bunch of problems with the plugin.
1. I have different prices for different membership roles. Some users have more than one membership role. Is there a way to make sure that they get the highest discount for their role? This seemed to work fine before but now If they have more than one role it’s giving them the discount for the lowest one.
2. The buttons for adding downloads to the cart aren’t working properly. I’ll click the button to add the package to the cart and it will only show the previous package I selected. It won’t let me delete that package from the cart and it won’t let me add anything new. Again this didn’t used to be a problem and I haven’t changed any configurations so I’m thoroughly confused.Versions:

WPDM – Extended Shortcodes 3.0.1After running an upgrade to Download Manager to version 6.1.1, my version “reverted” to 3.2.32. It’s as though the free version updated and not the pro version?
Now in the Settings Dashboard the following links are missing:
– Social Settings
– Updates
– LicenseCan anyone help?

Actually, sorted that now!
Only thing I can’t seem to do now is to have the ‘Your download link is ready now:’ message text-align:right; – no styling seems to work for this?

OK, this doesn’t meet my requirements. I don’t want to control access to a download, I just want to link directly to the download in a secure way.
Perhaps linking in this way is just not possible without having to manually craft the link?

[download_link_extended]template tag is working fine now. The problems were in WPForms settings, Firstly, Confirmation Type was redirecting to a page, so the download option was not coming properly. I have set it now as the image attached,
Second one was Captcha verification, maybe properly was not set, so it causes some proplem,
