another reason could be the total file size there exceeding your server memory limit or check it cache dir is not writable.

Could you check it?” <-- when you are using custom theme which is specially designed for wpdm pro, page template will be skipped autometically, and it will use the template with the theme and if you use short-code anywhere, there you will see the link template. you can add new and top download widgets from widgets page.

It has a simple email lock, set as is:
Ask for Visitor’s Name: Yes
After submit form: Download InstantlyIf i download the file via a pc all is ok. The file is immediatly downloaded and a download link is emailed too (no set this option; wpdm emails on its own initiative ^_^ )
But if i download via an Android Phone and its mobile web browser, it downloads a .htm file (smartchange_monitor.htm)

Appreciate the quick response. I went ahead and activated the servers zlib. The issue is still there, you can take a look also with the link i placed that it’s on.
Thanks for your help with Crypton Theme. I saw on the forum that not only I had a similar problem.
I see two more bugs in Crypton Theme:
1. There is problem with excerpt in slider (you can see it on my page).
2. On product page share in LinkedIn doesn`t work.Unfortunately, I still have a problem with the change Link Templates and Page Templates. When I do it, nothing changes. Could you check it?
Could you also tell me how to edit the widgets on the product page? I would like to get something like you on the web (New downloads, Top downloads, Download Panel etc. I don`t need Package Info and Author ):

Hi,
I’ve just installed Download Manager Pro.
When I protect a link using the lock options, several odd things happen:1. Twitter lock provides the following at the end of every tweet ” via @webmaniac”
2. Google lock does not prompt a download after sharing
3. LinkedIN lock doesn’t seem to trigger anything
4. The Email lock option subscribe buttons overflows from the pop-up box it creates.My website is http://kameelvohra.com/marketing-resources/

I successfully set up the archive pages using this shortcode [wpdm_category id="africa" order_by="create_date" order="asc" item_per_page="3" template="532f733f227c0"]
… where template is the link template I cloned from the “default template w icon”. However, the links are divided into 3 columns. How do I get the category page (not the detail view) to have only one column like you did on this page – http://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/style-3/ ?
Please advise.
I would like the download link to display as a button like it used to. The only one I can get to work right now is download_link.

actually for locked packages download link generates dynamically. and It expires after few times of use. Anyhow still it is possible to do the way you wanted there, but will require some customization

Extended short-codes plugin should work fine with any theme, please give me example url where you tried with that plugin short-code
What is Stock Limit <-- if you set any value there, like 10, then that package could be downloaded for 10 times only, after that no user will be able to download that package.

I’m having the same problem. The site: http://www.smartchange.it/downloads
Pls see the “Smartchange App” link and click on Download: nothing happens :/Instead, in the package page (http://www.smartchange.it/get/smartchange-app/) the email lock is ok. But i dislike the requester box. How can i change its appearance and style it? 😀
Note: login with demo/demodemo in the under development site (will go online approx at 3:30PM, today)
