If you were testing it by clicking the same download link, it will not work, as in the same session, when you click links from the same package, it will be counted as 1.

All you need to do is adding shortcode
[wpdm_file_cart]on a page to show file cart, And keep single file download activate with packages. Additionally, you need to keep[file_list]tag in link or page template to show file list.“How do you get rid of the file name – “name.pdf”” <— may you please explain it a little with an example URL.

I have pro version and using download limit addon. but it’s not working.
I have different packages with multiple file download links. i limited the count to 20 but it’s not working.
our users are going to download every file in the package without limit. Really It’s dangerous to my website.

You will not need the master key for the downloads where you didn’t apply any lock option. The purpose of the master key is to allow someone sudden access when the package is locked for the others. But when you need to keep a stable download link for any specific group of users, you can use role-based protection.
Hi,
I have Enable Email Lock applied with ‘Download Instantly & Do Not Mail Download Link’ checked. The download doesn’t download at all – just says “Processing…” constantly.
When I unselect ‘Do Not Mail Download Link’ it sends an email with a link ok but it will not download straight from the site.
Also, where is the option to store the email addresses that users enter to get the downloads?

My story :
I have premium packages. To download them, you have to be in ‘premium’ group (group i added).I would like to test if :
1/ user is logged and not premium -> no form lock, message “you need to be in premium group”
2/ user is logged and premium -> no form lock, download link
3/ user is not logged -> form lock enableIs it possible ?

The download file link (text) is hovering over the actual download which provents users to download the file.
This start happening since i updated to the latest version of WPDM Pro. Please see screenshot attached.

On my website (http://www.gruppolazialebevande.it/area-riservata/ WPDM ver.4.6.0) suddenly stopped working internal links on the dashboard.
“Download history”, “Edit profile”, “Logout”… They send to a 404 error page; I have not made any changes to the files and everything worked perfectly. Does anyone have experience about this?

I’m developing a theme, and I always want the user to land on the custom login page if it is defined…so I want to redirect the user to the login page from wp-login.php.
Here is the code that I’m added for my purposes…your mileage may vary (I didn’t include the UI toggle, obviously…)

And when i put in [thumb_300x400] i get this
You can see the thumbnail shows that that question mark and the link can’t be found.
i set the feature image to this download as well.

Clone the link template you are using now. You can clone a template from Downloads Templates Link Templates Tab.
Now remove the
[page_link]or[page_url]template tag from there. Use only[title]to show download title.Then save the custom template and set it as link template in package settings.

Topic: Download Manager not working
Hi,
I wanna test Download Manager, but its working partialy for me. I can see list of files, but i cannot go into details of file. There is only description, without table with details or download link. Looks like some part [page template] is not loading.
In browser debug i can see that https://www.my-domain.com/pliki/index.php?_nonce=a532612249&id=6077 is not found, and get 404 error. 6077 is ID of post with that file, so i think that is the problem.
I desabled all plugins, change template – always the same error. What can i do with that?
