Topic: Download not start
I can not start downloading file, I logged in as administrator level.
Here is a link to download file

* I try to get full path of the downloading file to make sure that it point to the correct path, but I found only api that return a file name.

I’m using WPDM with the Form before Download add-on. I like the plugin and the process, but I want the subscribers to go directly to my Customer Relationship Manager software instead of being stored in the subscribers area. I need to know what’s happening with the information from the form. Is it emailing, or storing in the database? If it is in the database. what is the table? I can handle the programming from there.
Also, is there a way to use the Form before download and emial lock? Ideally I’d like them to get an email with a link after filling out the form, rather than get the download directly. That way I can confirm the email as real.

After updating to the new version of Download Manager Pro, the thumbnails on my main download page (http://postpartumprogress.org/tools/) are no longer working. There should be a thumbnail photo of each downloadable to the left of the subscriber area — there used to be — but the photos disappeared and now there are only links.
I don’t know if this is a conflict with my theme (Elegant Themes Divi), but on the category page I can click through to the individual file’s page and download files (most are email protected). On the /downloads page, the Download link was originally popping up a little box to enter email and name directly on that page, but it now doesn’t do anything (actually the page floats down as if the box has been drawn, but nothing is visible).
In “Inspect Elements” I see an error saying that chrome blocked the extension because “Resources must be listed in the web_accessible_resources manifest key in order to be loaded by pages outside the extension.”
So, is this a security issue? A problem with a setting at the WordPress level? Something that needs to be addressed in the theme?

in download manager settings, If i enable option “Show Only Login Form Instead of Login Required Message”; It starts showing a login form on page template, Which was my intention to implement But could you please help me in finding an option for enabling a register link on same login form, Correctly it is not visible there. although I have enabled option “Anyone can register” in General Setting panel in my WordPress back-end. But still that register link or button cant be seen in that login form. Looking forward your continuous support.Regards

Im become very frustrated to see thatthere are difficoult make all simple task.
PLugin seem good but documentation is very bad.
In home there are many features. in documentation there are nothing to explain how to use…1) How to installa translations
2) How to set atchive page
3) Single download links not work, show me a blank page, when i add a new download file/pacakge and i go to page with “View package” i seen a blank page…in free version work all good…Please answser me, or i think i better have money back.

Just bought the pro version… my task is this:
One single page is to contain links to two downloads.
The first download is a blackberry app. The other download is an android app.
I’d like to password protect the page itself, so once they are authenticated and get to the page, they can download either app without having to re-enter a password.
Having said that the downloadable apps, if they were to be browsed to with the direct url, the user would be redirected to the login page.I’m not understanding how I would do this. Could you help? Thanks.
I’m trying to upload several dozen PDF’s. They upload successfully but I can’t put a password on them or change the page or link templates. If I format the templates and set the password and download restrictions then upload all of the PDF’s all of the package settings reset and it goes back to default with an MP3 View Link and an AudioPack Page. Am I missing a setting that I should be changing?

When I create a package for distribution, and mark it to use PDF stamper, if I create a button that passes the individual’s information PDF stamper does not work:
If I use a link that does not have the individual’s information, PDF stamper works, but of course the individual is not counted as having downloaded the PDF.

No other settings were changed. One works (Stamp appears) and the other does not. Why?
