    I’m not seeing any changes…
    The downloads are still not lining up. Is there a different “Link Template” that we should use? I also am having a difficult time understand how to use the Page Templates.

    please check now, I have adjusted some CSS like the below from the Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS section

    .w3eden .card-footer .row{ flex-wrap:nowrap;} .w3eden .card-footer .row a.wpdm-download-link { margin-top:0px;}

    It is looking better than before. please check and let me know

    We have checked your issue. As per your settings, the download link will not work after it is used 10 times. However, It works normally as expected

    OK. I will take your word. When the links are used, the PDFS open into a new window where you can choose to download or not. Without them, the download happens automatically. Can we have it where it opens in a new window first?

    Hello,

    I have tested to import file in your site.
    It is working perfectly.
    The csv file is here and the package download link is here.

    So what will you do to import all the files

    You will download that sample.csv I have just sent. Then you will edit the titles and descriptions accordingly and check the csv headers.
    Before importing csv, you need to keep all pdf files those will be imported in download-manager-files directory. If those are added in that directory, then you just need to add file names below files header of csv. if you want to add multiple file, file names are separated by commas and keep them within double quote.

    Preview images should be kept in uploads directory to avoid any confusions. Then just add the jpg files names there. If you check that csv I sent, you will get it where and how I added that.

    You don’t need to edit other headers of csv if not needed. You may kept it as it is there. Just copy rows and add the necessary details. Try to avoid any ' or any special characters in titles or description. It may conflict.

    When the captcha link opens the popup it isn’t centered on the screen and you have to click the download button 2 times before the file actually downloads. This only seems to happen when on an iPhone though… could you please help?

    Sorry I don’t understand how fixing the problem.
    Two years ago I already created a template… called “olympia_template” in my case.
    The hyperlinks were then hidden. Now they are back.
    I copy below the html content of this template :

    Hi Nayeem,

    I have managed to solve my original issues now, but thank you.

    I do have some other questions though:

    – Is is it possible to edit the modal form at all? Ideally I would like to style it differently and change where the ‘forgot your password’ link directs to.

    – For the main download button on a template, is it possible to change it’s behaviour and style? I tried to add code to the template but it just kind of merged with the button style created in the User Interface.

    Hi, I am following the instructions here: https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/bulk-import/

    I have uploaded my PDFs to a directory in the Uploads folder. When I select that folder in the Import/Export screen by clicking its radio button, nothing happens. There is no list of files to select for import and nothing else to click to populate that list.

    What I see on my screen is a little different than the screenshot from your doc page linked above and attached here with markup. The directory path field and Browse button underneath the Dir List are not on my screen.

    I’ve tried re-adding the plugin, and there is no change. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

    Hi, thanks for getting back to me. The error comes up when clicking the download link in the email and the download button on the package. It’s a popup that I believe has the the WPDM logo. The login credentials haven’t changed since earlier in this thread. Thanks for your help!

    Hi again, I tried this. However today I am still receiving emails from our readers that they’re getting ‘Invalid Link’ messages. I tested it myself just a few minutes ago, and I got the same invalid link message when I tried to download via email. I have to keep manually clearing the entire site cache in order to get this to resolve. Were you able to look at the suggestion from BigScoots? I’d really like to keep using the plugin but this is causing me to lose a lot of our readers and customers. For every complaint I get, I have to assume many more simply leave my site and don’t return.. it’s really bad UX. Would appreciate any help you can give me.
