It appears to be working now. I’m unsure of the issue that was causing the problem. However, when I bulk import, it creates the preview image in my media gallery each time. I’m going to be uploading a lot of downloads that will use the same image and I don’t want it creating multiple versions in my media gallery. Do you know how to get around that?
I’m also using custom page templates. In the CSV I’m using the page template ID with the “.php” at the end (as the example shows), but after importing, those page templates don’t seem to be pulling correctly. When I click on one of my downloads, instead of showing the content in my page template, it is just showing my template name “dbr-multiple-files.php” in the body of the download page. I have searched the forum but not really found an answer that makes sense to me so hoping you can help.I am just starting to use WPDM Pro for downloads on http://www.btog.org and would like all PDFs to open in a new tab rather than the same window.
I can do it with a url such as https://www.btog.org/?wpdmdl=19184&ind=1645618767930 – then set to target=blank etc, but I generally use the widget template and would like to use a shortcode such as [wpdm_package id='XXXXX']

Topic: Archive plain not working

Since every update I have a problem with your plugin, again I have a problem.
The archive plugin is not working. Its installed again since my license was not registered but payment was done but I still can’t get it to work. Frustrating because it was working and after each time I update something broken…I need to use the pull down of a categorie for filter. See https://www.rodenborch.nl/test/. One shortcode not showing all downloads when opening the page and the other one the code is not recognized at all.

Just upgraded to the latest version of Download Manager Pro on my staging site and all but two of my downloads are appear as this text 5b59060fc08e3.php.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, we have recently moved all 500 of our downloads to a new server along with thumbnails. We now need to change all 500 download url’s & thumbnail url’s to the new sever. We have kept the file structure intact, just the website url has chnaged. Is there a way to automatically do this as it will take a long time to do it manually?
Any help would be much appreciated.

GuyI was using EDD before recently switching to WPDM. Most of my users had multiple downloads on their account that they are now unable to access since I switched to WPDM.
What I want to know is, how do I add/assign downloads to those users. With EDD I was able to add any download to a user. Is there a way to do this with WPDM? I really need this.
Topic: Export Import not working
I have exported everything via WP export and imported it to a new subsite. It pulls over all posts pages and media and even populates the downloads, but nothing is showing in my accordion. I have it set up and working on a staging site where we are using the accordion add-on. But on the new site no matter what I do, no packages will show in the accordion. Another issues is all of the downloads have invalid files attached. They all have icons that have BL on them. When you try to download, it says there is nothing available.

I used the Insert Url feature for linking downloads to our external partner.
Since one of the last updates these URLs do not work anymore, which means instead of linking to the external URL the point to a “randomized” URL of my own webspace, which does not exist.

Once you click on Download it links to a page on my webspace (which does not exist) instead of the URL that was inserted in this package via the Insert URL.
