I updated both WPDM and PDF Stampers, but now I get a blank page when I download PDFs…
Is there a way to make it work without going mad, please?
I don’t need installation, I only need that plugin will work as it should, please. I bought to use it, now also WPDM doesn’t work anymore because downloads are blank pages…
Topic: Payza Integration
Before I spend another $22 on the payza plugin, I want to know WHY I need it. Payza has website integration, pay now buttons etc. I don’t know why I need to pay for the plugin when I can simply input my HTML button codes from payza for payments through them.
I need WPDM in order to manage and track downloads, but I don’t need it for a payment processor.
BUT Payza’s integration seems rather confusing, and I would have to make a return page from scratch. What I am wondering is this:
1. Will the buy now buttons from WPDM automatically change to payza buttons once I upload your payza plugin?
2. does your plugin support their ipn/epd integration?
3. Will WPDM work completely, without any coding errors (as I cannot code very well), with Payza?
4. Will the plugin create an alert url, return url, and cancel url automatically for me? Payza wants me to do it by hand and they are very vague about what to do.Just want all the information possible before I buy it. Your description is very short.

1. I installed the stamper add-on you emailed me because I don’t see it in my downloads.. When I click on the button to download my order it goes to a white blank page, also causing a blank page after social locks are used. (all login info above will work if needed)
2. Are these the 3 files to edit so I can edit emails that are sent out to customers for orders? will they be over written every time I update??

not clear about the page template, everything should be there, may you please explain it little more.
Upload limit is from your server or wordpress, wpdm has nothing to do with that, as wpdm don’t apply any limit with upload file size.If you want to the files in tabular format with search option ( http://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/all-downloads/ ) you don’t have to buy add-on, simply download and install http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-extended-short-codes/ .

Topic: Stats – Downloads by User
Hello,
We are looking for a WordPress plugin that will allow us to track downloads by our registered users. I see that the Pro version displays how many times a file has been downloaded per day; and that drills down to show you which users downloaded the file that day. This is good and useful.
Is the Pro version able to display which file a given user has downloaded? We need to look at a given user, then view their download information.

Hi there
I recently purchased advanced access control, but i’m having trouble with the [wpdm_my_downloads] short code, it only displays the most recent file attached to a user instead of a whole list. I’ve tried it on 2 sites one a new install with no other plug ins and using default themes. I have noticed that the page with the short code also suffers a few other problems, like missing admin bar and widgets when the shortcode is present.

Mattthe extra download link downloads all files in a single zip file and that is the actually main download link, the other download links are showing as you enabled individual download option, anyhow if you want to remove the full package download, edit/clone that template and remove

Hey Shaon, theme developer here,
ok, so here is the deal.
I will try to explain problem again:
So lets take for example this link: http://teetoolkit.com/?wpdmdl=462 this is the URL that your plugin generates. It links to a file that is on Amazon S3, and its uploaded there with the add-on for your plugin. Now if you try to copy the above link in your browser you will be able to download the file. Which is not good, because I’ve added to the “Allow Access:” section of your plugin option that only Administrator and Subscriber can download that file. But as you can see here, that does not work.
Also MagicMembers are disabled so they are not interfering, I already tried this with the default theme and the result is the same. So please don’t tell me that this is because of MagicMembers or the theme. Because it is not. Something is wrong with your plugin and we want you to fix it, so we can make site go live.
I will not even go into the other problem – which is that the download counter isn’t working for S3 downloads. We’ll deal with that later, after the file protecting issue is fixed.
P.S – download counter and file protection works just fine if the file is hosted on our server, so that’s one more piece of evidence that nothing is wrong with MagicMembers or the theme. The problem is either in your plugin or in the S3 add-on to your plugin. Which ever the case may be, you have to fix it.

I’m looking for two things:
Am I trying to find out if I can override the page to show all downloads from with my theme. Normally, under custom post type templates you would just name a file archive-downloads.php and away you go. In other plugins you would create a folder within my theme, ie mytheme/download-manager and override the template from here?
I see we can edit templates from within the backend for the download page that contains the link, but I’m looking to implement an A-Z with preview on hover, for the download list page, hence the ask.Secondly.. the preview image. Having uploaded a .pdf successfully, but I’m unable to see a image preview that’s been created. Is this part of the functionality? That a preview is created on the fly? Being the best download manager on the market I assumed so, but looking on the Add New Package pack I’m inclined to think I have to do this manually through featured image? Even when previewing a template I see no image.

We had been working on our website in a staging environment, and all was working fine. We migrated the site over to our production server by simply copying over all WordPress and associated upload folders, including our Download Manager Pro directory, and importing a copy of our database.
We have the website running on our new server, however all of our DM packages no longer have their corresponding audio files attached. We do not get prompted to reactivate our License key, but should we get it unlocked? Or is there something else in the configuration that we need to change or re-enable? Or will we need to re-attach all of our audio files?

I have recently purchased Download Manager Pro. Firstly, the support documentation needs a little help, it’s almost non-existent.
I could do with some help please;
1. I would like the user to stay on the page with the shortcode – so that they are not taken to a new page and the downloads are available there. Is this possible?
2. Next, if a user enters an incorrect password it just says wrong password and the user isn’t sure what to do next (they need to click on ‘Worng Password!’. There needs to be a ‘try again’ link or something.
3. If the password is correct, then the user needs to know and be presented with something more suitable, i.e. Please download your documents
4. After they have saved the document the same dialogue box stays on the screen with the download link. It needs to be hidden.
Without sensible notifications and a bit of clarity it’s clunky and somewhat unusable.
I’ve searched YouTube for a video on how to use the product, only to find an old video which doesn’t really bear any relation.
Also, in my downloads for the product there were other .zip files (expo, wpdm-m24x, and previous versions of the manager – there appears to be no explanation as to what these are.
Just a little help please. Is it possible to change button messages etc.?
Is there a help guide or video?
