Make sure that WPDM and all add-ons you are using of WPDM are in the latest version. If you can’t update it directry from WordPress dashboard, Please update from here.

wpdm-all-downloads.phpis renamed asall-packages-shortcode.php, and the file location is/download-manager/src/Package/views/, however the template customization rules are same as mentioned here.

A few days ago we noticed Download Manager stopped working correctly. It was working correctly less than a week ago and I think a DM update broke it. I saw there was another update a day or two ago and I thought that might fix it. It did not. I also made sure any add-ons were up to date.
I have a mildly customized wpdm-all-downloads.php that shows a table list of all downloads as hyperlinks, with the ability to display the list by category. DM does display the list but the hyperlinks are gone. Also, I have category links in the row and while they do pull a category list, some information is not working correctly. For example, $_GET[‘wpdmc’] does not appear to be working anymore.
Again this appears to have started when updating to the previous version of the current version 3.2.12.

Our site uses pages that include a “Packages – Query Download Manager Packages” block to get all downloads that match certain tags, then display them all on one page. We are currently running WPDM Version 5.0.7 and WPDM Gutenberg Blocks Version 2.0.7We recently attempted an update to latest version for both plugins and after doing so, zero downloads were displayed for each page we set up that pulled downloads based on tags/categories. What needs to be done so that pages that filter and display downloads based on tag/category display properly after the update?

If you go to Downloads -> Templates -> Link Templates
and if you check each previews for each of the templates you would see that all of them except a few hyperlinks. Only ones which have [title] instead of [link] defined in the template do not show it.

You can select a specific category for all the same topic files, then use this shortcode and add that category slug on the shortcode. You can add those languages’ names in the title. I think, it will look considerably similar to your example page/

Topic: Export Import
Hello,
I’m currently using your plugin, I have filled my download base (approximately 300 downloads).
We are on an internally hosted site, and when we copy and paste the site to put it online, the “link” between the files and the “pages” downloads broke. The files were no longer in the pages.So we wanted to use the “Import / export” function, we downloaded the CSV file, but when we want to import it on our new site, the import window stops at 1%.
Have you ever had this kind of problem ? Can you help us ?
Topic: Bundle Downloads?
Is there a way to bundle certain downloads together? I have 10 downloads I’d like to be tagged in their individual categories, but I’d also like to bundle them all together as a single package and tagged as another category… Is there a way to do this easily? Or should I just create them both ways?

I am using the version 1.4.0 of file cart and i just noticed that when you click the plus symbol on the file cart button, it saves the file in the file cart and when you download, it actually downloads the zip folder. The problem i have with it is that, it happens on all protected files and i am not even logged in. So that is a big issue.Hello @seankobuk,

I have been tracking the continued divide by zero warnings. There is a repeatable pattern using the URL below that triggers the PHP warnings. These appear to be coming from search engines. This one is a URL that Bing submitted. When I load this up in a browser, it takes me to our root downloads page but still logs two divide by zero warnings.
More background on this issue. We are using shortcodes in Elementor to render lists of downloads based upon category. The pagination setting “items_per_page” used to be “item_per_page”. I don’t know if this is a recent change or if our developer fat-fingered the setting and it has always just worked.
The second thing we found was that the template setting seems to work with link templates, but not page templates. This appears to be a change from previous versions.
This is eventually what we were able to get working. The template is a very slightly modified version of the “link-template-default-icon” link template.

I’m using WPDM Dropbox Explorer to host my downloads. Every single download on my site is now coming up as “FILE NOT FOUND” when the download button is clicked.
All of the plugins are updated and the cache has been cleared multiple times. https://www.polkadotchair.com/free-printables/Also, it would be nice if you could give us warnings before you perform potentially breaking updates.
New installation (pro license) and we aren’t able to see anything on the page template (default). The page is loading but no content appears.
Any ideas on what to try?
