Hi Nayeem, thanks for your quick response.

What we are trying to do is add an additional download button to the default link-template. This link would be to a form on another part of the website and would not be a download. However we don’t need that link on every download listing, but only on certain downloads.

We have both ACF and the WPDM – Advanced Custom Fields installed and activated. I have created a field group which allows me to add a link to each download page. So if that link field has been filled out we would like to display the button and link the button to the link in the custom field. But if the link is not filled out, we do not display the button.

It isn’t.

Changing the CSS made it worse. There was a lot of the user dashboards parts missing.

See attached on missing items.

There were a few more things that need to change.

1) AVATOR profile image placeholder needs to removed, there is nowhere someone can upload one in their dashboard. It is pointless.
2) When customers buy credit package, it doesn’t show up under their “Purchases” in the dashboard. Why? Is that for only products that were purchased from dollar price on product and purchased that way? If so, I need that removed too. All my products are ONLY credit based, not money.

Download History Section

1) Where do I change the words on the header of that table? I don’t want them called “Package Name”
2) The “Download Time” isn’t accurately reporting day and time. And it is 24hour time instead of 12 hour time. I don’t need IP field either.
3) Is it only last 5 downloads? Can it be all download history?

Still investigating this. Another issue is that when we upgrade from V2.5.1 to V3.4.6 the users we’ve created are still there, but longer recognized, so no access to the downloads is given for any.

The user are still show their user/member classifications.

The subscribers in the new plugin version appear to be there, but when we go in to manage no information is there.

I have added a multiple user roles plugin to allow us to assign multiple roles to a single user. When we activate Pro Members V3.4.6 the options for assignment change.

It’s a really big issue for us. The old plugin causes a critical error, and the new version is not functioning properly.

Thnx for your quick response. In parallel I found out that using [WPDM_..] shortcode at the action buttons caused the problem. After replacing the shortcode by a copy of the download link, the downloads are executed properly.

Yes with the older version, I could see all the downloads there.

I did the way you said, site is not breaking now. But all the downloads/packages are gone.

I downloaded a version from your website, when I replaced it with the current one, all the downloads were gone, like none was visible. I had restored the site for the same reason. What do I do?

Is there any way of having the form lock work so once one has been filled out, all downloads are available without filling in the forms again?

Rather than once per session per package – once per session all packages?
