Also Adding asort($allfiles); in download-manager\src\Package\filelist.php
in near around line 345 will solve the sorting issue.

However, You can also change the download text from there. Also to change download buttons in shortcode, just provide me the page url with the shortcode you are using so that I could guide you to change those too.

Make sure that WPDM and all add-ons you are using of WPDM are in the latest version. Current version of wpdm pdf stamper is 2.0.6 If you can’t update it directry from WordPress dashboard, Please update from here.

Some internal functions create __ prefix in urls, which may cause issue.
For example, the wpdm plugin uses certain functions.
Check out this topic to see how the function is causing issues with different functionality.
Unfortunately, almost all of our addons are using __ prefix like this.

Please update your WPDM – Advanced Access Control add-on to the latest version which is right now 3.2.3 or you can download it from here which should resolve your issue.
However, in order to fix the PDF Viewer issue please follow this setting.

You can change wpdm styles from Downloads > Settings > User Interface option.
You can also test our free addon wpdm page template. Using that you will be able to select page templates from theme for wpdm packages.

Thanks for your response.
I tried this, but that didn’t work. Maybe I need to do something else? Otherwise I have to make a CSV by hand and it would still be faster to just click on the featured image in WordPress. This is what I did:
1. I downloaded the current packages (each image = 1 file) as CSV file.
2. I added a column named preview and copied the URL to the image in this cell for every image
3. Uploaded the CSV back to WPDM, but nothing changed. 
Is there a fast way to do this? Without hours of work for either creating a CSV row for each and every image?

Sorry for this inconvenience.
Initially it sounds like the URL found via WPPM stripe Webhook Endpoints you’ve added to Stripe via https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/webhooks may possibly not match this screen from your Stripe settings exactly.
Also Deleting and re-adding the webhook secret key may work.
So in this case, I would suggest you to recheck and re-adding the settings for both stripe and WPPM to fix the issue.

Download URLs like .../?wpdmdl=3221 are not usually crawlable and noindex, nofollow is only set for download contents. For now, no settings option is available for that. However, we shall add an option to control this feature in the next update.
