I’m unable to access the wp-config file on your site directly. This needs to be done either via FTP credentials or through your cPanel settings. Your tech support team should be able to handle this easily, or if you prefer, we can assist you with it if you share the FTP credentials.
If you prefer, you can disable the cookie by adding the following code to your wp-config.php file: define('WPDM_ACCEPT_COOKIE', false);

I tried reloading the page a couple of times, but it’s not working. The error remains.
After installing the plugin Health Check & Troubleshooting it triggered an error. Can’t access the installed plugin section.

Kindly use [wpdm_download_count] shortcode, which will show the total download count for the entire site.
[wpdm_package_count] should work fine. Please share the login credentials to check the issue.
