You can edit the email templates from Downloads > Templates > Email Template. Here is a screenshot for your assistance.
They are coming from the Premium Packages add-on,you can translate them using loco translate.

You can use a staging site (if available) to safely test by deactivating plugins one by one. Disabling plugins on a staging site will not affect your live site.
There could be a couple of reasons behind the CSS issue:
– Website/Plugin Cache – Please try clearing your website or plugin cache, as cached styles might be causing the issue.
– Plugin Conflict – There may be a conflict preventing the WPDM CSS from loading properly. To check, try deactivating all plugins except Download Manager and see if the issue is resolved.

I understand your concern about sharing credentials, and we respect that. The reason we asked is because the upload process is working fine on our end, so there might be an issue specific to your setup that’s causing the failure. Having access would make it easier for us to identify and resolve the problem.
In the meantime, could you please let us know which version of the download manager you’re using? You can also try disabling all plugins and switching to a default theme to check for any potential conflicts.

The issue appears to be caused by your server. You may try uploading large files through the media library.
I initially thought you had uploaded an HTML file. Would it be okay if I test by uploading a demo PDF file through a new package?
