You can use our advanced Custom Fields Add-on to add the old package link as a custom field in the new package settings. This custom field tag can then be easily inserted into your download page template.
If you’d like, I’d be happy to create a quick demo video to show you how it works!
Hello,
I hope this message finds you well and thanks for reaching out.
If you’d like to link two packages together, you can do so using a page template. Simply create a template for the new package’s download page and include a link to the previous package within it. This way, when users visit the download page for the new package, they’ll also have the opportunity to discover and explore the older one.
Please check and let me know.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out!
The download buttons are indeed there, but they’re not visible because the font color is currently set to white. You can update the background color by going to Settings > User Interface > Colors. Once adjusted, the buttons should appear as expected.
Please check and let me know.

The upcoming update will include stats feature for the File Cart add-on.
Hello,
You can try using WordPress’s default import/export tool. It will export all the downloads in XML format, and you can easily import them without any reformatting.

To set up user login and registration:
1. Create two separate pages — one for Login and another for Registration.
2. Add the following shortcodes to the respective pages:
[wpdm_login_form] for the login page
[wpdm_reg_form] for the registration page
3.Once the pages are created, go to Downloads > Settings > Frontend Access and assign the pages accordingly.
Here’s a screenshot for reference.
Please check and let me know if you need further assistance.
