I have reviewed the issue again and upon switching the theme it’s working fine. The problem is related to your theme. Kindly reach out to your theme support they will help you in this.

Hello !

We’ve investigated the issue, and it appears that the primary reason the template isn’t working is that the custom CSS you’ve applied on the staging site isn’t being applied to the file. Typically, templates don’t work with the [all_packages] shortcode.

You may try using the following shortcode to apply the ASSA template: [wpdm_packages template="59a514cce1f0f" cols=1]
This should allow the template to function properly.

Yes, you can restrict access to a specific category. Simply follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Categories.
2. Select the desired category and click Edit.
3. Change the access level to Administrator.
