Use this parameter category="category1,category2,..." inside the shortcode, and it will only display those specific categories.
[wpdm_archive_flat order_by="post_title" order="asc" category="slug1,slug2,..." items_per_page="10"]

The shortcode you used earlier was incorrect. I have used this shortcode [wpdm_archive_flat order_by="post_title" order="asc" items_per_page="10"] for testing, and it’s working fine.

You have the option to adjust the view if you wish.

The issue isn’t related to pro membership or the download manager. By deactivating all plugins and examining the post categories and tags, you’ll notice the 500 server error. Please contact your server support for assistance.

Thanks for sharing the detailed video. As I have mentioned before, the notification sound will appear only once for both the user and admin on the first message; after that, there will be no notification sound.
