I still can’t access the dashboard, even after attempting to change the password. You could either create a new user credential or provide yours to help diagnose the problem, as I can’t identify the cause without checking it from your side.
Or, to identify any plugin conflicts, try disabling all plugins except for Download Manager.

I’m unable to access the wp-config file on your site directly. This needs to be done either via FTP credentials or through your cPanel settings. Your tech support team should be able to handle this easily, or if you prefer, we can assist you with it if you share the FTP credentials.
If you prefer, you can disable the cookie by adding the following code to your wp-config.php file: define('WPDM_ACCEPT_COOKIE', false);
