1. Create two categories: Paid and Free. Assign files accordingly so that paid members can access the Paid category, while free members can access the Free category.

2. In the Package Settings, set the appropriate access levels for each file. Enable the Hide Everything option under When user is not allowed to download. This ensures that users will only see the files they have permission to access.
