Hello,
Thanks for reaching out.
We recommend uploading your files through Select File option, as this will allow the download manager to handle the file with proper access level properly.
For media file protection, please read the documentation from this page: https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/how-to-protect-wordpress-media-library-files/
If you have further queries, feel free to ask.

– If you want the Download label to appear after purchase instead of Add to Cart, it will require customization.
– After the first download from the purchases page, all downloaded packages will appear in the Download History along with their package names, allowing users to easily identify them by title. In an upcoming update, we may also add a search option to this section.
You can also check our pro features from our demo site: https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/wordpress-download-manager-pro-demo/
All short-code with documentation: https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/short-codes/
It appears because all purchased items are listed in the Dashboard → Purchases tab, allowing users to easily access their purchased items from the dashboard.
Dashboard shor-code: [wpdm_user_dashboard]
Hello,
I hope this message finds you well.
Could you please share the related URL in a private reply so that we can review the Add to Cart button?

You can set the access level for all packages using the WPDM Default Values add-on, so you don’t have to configure the access level for each package individually.
Hello,
Thanks for reaching out.
Yes, it’s possible. To do this, set the access level for all files to Subscribers. If a user is not registered, a button like this will appear.
Both the message text Please login and the button label Login can be customized from the settings options.
When the red-marked Login button is clicked, the user will be redirected (a popup) to the login page. If the user is not already registered, they can sign up there and then access the page.
If you need any further assistance, feel free to ask.

This feature will not be included in the upcoming update.
– By default, the package count is displayed in all_packages shortcode. That feature is not available for the archive_page add-on. If you’d like to display the total number of packages on the archive page add-on, you can do so by adding custom code.
– To change the background color of the “Loading…” text, please add the following CSS to your theme’s Additional CSS section:
.wpdm-loading {
background: #your_color_code !important;
}
– Regarding the scrolling issue, it occurs due asynchronous page load. This will be fixed in an upcoming update.
– Please note that your previous page view was generated using the all_packages shortcode, which differs from the archive_page_compact view. If needed, you can create and use your own customized template for the compact view. I would suggest you to create a new link template(Downloads > Templates > Create Link Template) according to your need and use it for compact view.
If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out.

Allow me a moment, I will provide you with an update shortly.
Hello,
Thanks for reaching out.
At the moment, WP Download Manager does not provide a feature or shortcode that allows you to display a specific file from within a multi file package on the frontend using a list template.
It might require customization to achieve your requirement or you have to create a new package which will contain that specific file. You can send a customization request from customization page.

Yes, all features and functionality of Download Manager Pro v7.0.0 and the Archive Page should work fine with PHP 7.4 or above. However, PHP 7.4 is an outdated version. For better performance and compatibility, we recommend using an updated version of PHP.
Here is the link,
You can update it by clicking the Edit Page button, then selecting the specific section. From there, use the Replace/Upload button to change the image.
1.The Download Manager currently uses Vue v3.5.22.
2.The Archive Page(Compact layout) utilizes the Download Manager’s pagination system.
3.Both the Download Manager and Archive Page add-on are fully translation ready. You can easily translate them using any translation plugin. Loco Translate is recommended.
4.License renewal is required to continue receiving updates and support.
Also, we have released a major update featuring significant improvements to both the admin panel and backend UI. We kindly recommend updating the plugin to the latest version to take full advantage of these enhancements.
We have identified the issue and it will be fixed in the upcoming update.
I appreciate your patience.
