Now the icons are appearing, kindly check.
I am checking the icon issue.
– If you use the [wpdm_all_packages] shortcode, all packages will be displayed in a table format.
– You can also use this extended version of the shortcode:
[wpdm_all_packages login=1 thumb=1 items_per_page="20" categories="slug1,slug2,..." jstable=1 order_by="field_name" order="ASC/DESC" cols="title,file_count,download_count|categories|update_date|download_link" colheads="Title|Categories|Update Date|Download::155px"]
In the above shortcode, make sure to replace “slug1,slug2,…” with the actual category slugs you want to display. Only the selected categories will appear in the table.
– Alternatively, you can use this shortcode to display packages,
[wpdm_packages author="1" login="1" paging="1" orderby="field name" order="asc or desc" items_per_page="10" template="Link Template ID" cols=4 colspad=2 colsphone=1]
Kindly check now
The Category dropdown is always ordered alphabetically. Sorting is applied only to the files within the selected category.
I hope you are doing well.
Kindly share wp-login credentials in a private reply and we will help you to setup the responsive table.
Please check and let us know.

Hello,
I hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
Could you please share related URL in a private reply, so I can identify your directory view?
Thank you.
Yes, you’re absolutely right, every user has a valid user_id, and this issue is not related to login.
As you can see(in the stats section), I’ve tested downloads using both the clanderson716 and EJGD accounts, and the stats appeared correctly in both cases.
If you’re able to share the IPs, it would be a great help, but no worries if not. We’re actively working to recreate the scenario in our testing environment and continue to investigate the issue. We’ll provide you with an update as soon as we have more information.
Thank you for your patience.

Hello, Anna
We just need the admin login credentials along with the user IDs of those experiencing stats issue. Once we have that, we’ll switch to those user accounts and download a few files to check if there are any IP related problem.

Hello, Joseph
Thank you so much for your suggestion regarding the Flutterwave addon.
We’ll be looking into the feasibility of integrating Flutterwave, and if everything aligns technically and strategically, we hope to include it in a future update.
Thanks again for helping us improve the platform with your valuable feedback!
Best regards
I am checking. Also, I was referring to Download Manager settings option ‘Blocked IPs”.
You can try using Loco Translate plugin as an alternative for translating only the text fields. However, please note that I’m not entirely sure how well it will work alongside WPML.
I would recommend testing it on your staging site first to ensure compatibility and avoid any unexpected issues on your live site.
This behavior is due to how the WPML add-on currently manages translations, it treats each translated version as a completely separate package. Could you please contact WPML support? They will be able to pinpoint the issue easily.
Hello,
Thanks for reaching out.
Maybe the popup login bypasses country restrictions, which may cause it to reappear for users from restricted regions. You can try using the IP blocking option, but applying country-level restrictions this way may require blocking a large number of IP addresses.
A more effective and scalable solution would be to use the wpdm_before_download filter to block access based on country.
Please check and let me know.
