You don’t need to increase anything.
The 100% storage just means that all the storage is being used by PDF files right now.

For example, if you upload 2 PDF files and they use 5 MB of storage, the indicator will show 100%. That means all 5 MB of the used storage is from PDF files only.

There’s nothing to worry about. It’s showing 100% because the 814.9 MB storage is completely filled with PDF files. If you have other file types such as MP4, ZIP, or JPG files, the percentage display will appear differently.

At the moment, there is no dedicated setting available to hide the plugin from specific user roles. However, we have noted this as a feature request for future implementation.

For now, you can use the following code snippets in functions.php file to hide the Download Manager menu and restrict access.

Right now, you can set the file size manually for the remote files(package settings > Basic Information > package size).

I have identified the issue with the Terms & Conditions option not appearing for a single file, while the other lock options are displaying correctly.

Regarding the file size issue, are you uploading the files from the Cloudflare bucket? Also, the file icon is being assigned automatically based on the file extension. Could you please explain how the images/icons are currently being set?

The Terms Lock modal is appearing correctly in our test environment.

I also checked your site and noticed that the Terms Lock modal is not appearing there. Since the packages are being displayed through Products, I’m unable to test each package individually.

This issue may be occurring due to a conflict with another plugin, or theme on the site.

Just clone the existing page template and adjust the [description] tag according to your needs.
