Template is a feature of theme. So if you want to use wpdm contents in a full width template, you have to select full width template to create the page.
However, I am not clear about the issue you are facing. If you share related link of that pages with more details about the issues you are facing, I could inspect it further.

According to your question, Google can’t be crawled the download links from wpdm upload as it is already set as nofollow

Yes 6.2.8 is the latest version of wpdm. sorry for saying it wrong. Also please Make sure to use the latest version 2.7.2 for WPDM Lazy Download too.

I have just tested the latest version of WPDM Pro and WPDM lazy download with php 8.1. I haven’t found any problem with those. Please make sure that you are using the latest version 6.2.8 for WPDM Pro and 2.7.2 for WPDM Lazy Download.

Extremely sorry for the delay. We had some issue in getting email updates from the forum. For that reason I missed the updated replies from here. However, the email issue is fixed now and you will not face any delay again.
In your site the same thing happened again.You are using another plugin Document Library Pro, that is also using the same tag slug document-tag that is conflicting with wpdm tags. So I deactivated that plugin then refreshed the permalink, then it is now working correctly for wpdm pro.
For further assistance, please contact with that plugin. Document library pro is almost a new plugin that released in February 2021. I am not sure but perhaps they used some core codes of WPDM that is the reason of the same tag slug. So if they change the slug document-tag, the issue will be resolved for your site.

If you use the below feature to upload download files, it should start download promptly. But if you upload using the select below features under that, downloads may open directly in browser. Because those feature creates direct link of download.
However, you can provide access here. Before submitting reply, just check mark the “Set as private reply”

Search will work fine if you search inside the wpdm files directory. So you have to click the selected directory before searching. Also there could be other issues in your site in selecting the file browser root. I see there is a /
missing in the directory. That could cause the issue. Please use server browser root correctly.

Please use the below shortcode to make it work. There is a hyphen instead of underscore. That is the reason it was not working. Also make sure to enter correct id of link template that you want to use. I used here the default.
[wpdm_archive button_style="default" link_template="default" items_per_page=1 cols=1 order_by="title" order="asc" cat_view="compact"]

If all are set properly, Sometimes cache can cause this issue. So if you are using any cache plugin, kindly clear cache and disable that for some times.

First of all please make sure SMTP is enabled properly in your server. Also Sometimes cache can causes the issue.
If you are using any cache plugin, kindly clear cache or disable that for some times. Then check it again.
Also please check email in the spam folder of your mail inbox. It may happen that those are stored there so you can’t see.

I have tested it. Maybe something was changed with payment or plans that is the reason the existing plans are not being updated. I inspected it by creating a new plan and then also able to update that. I found that is okay.
I would suggest you create new similar plans for updating and then, use those new plans. Those will work properly.
